Job Description
Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of all field activities
Develop a detailed work plan for execution of program deliverables which identifies, prioritizes and sequences the activities required for successful, highquality delivery
Ensure the effective delivery of the streamlined training program
Ensure that each subordinate has clarity as to their role, responsibilities and activities and goals
Understand all gender integration requirements
Work with your team to ensure that the needs of the businesswomen are addressed, and opportunities are leveraged with the view to maximizing program effectiveness
Support the M&E team to gather data necessary for reporting and evaluation purposes ensuring that the data provided is accurate and timely
Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with key local government officials, mobile network operator staff, the business community, community leaders and other stakeholders in the areas of operation
Undertake any other duties as assigned by your manager

Experience 6 years
Education Level Masters Degree
Qualifications
Software Good computer skills in business software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Equipment Industry related
Knowledge Of Understanding of mobile financial services and Understanding of, and demonstrated passion for, gender equality
Skills To Decision making/Problem Solving , Strong private sector experience and entrepreneurial skills
Ability To Understanding of mobile financial services
Personality Learning attitude , Emotional Intelligence, Integrity and honesty
Other A minimum of 6 years of experience in project delivery, within the field of either businesses/ entrepreneurship or mobile services
