CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER REF 3790
This position is responsible for leading the broking team as well as being actively involved in business development. This position reports directly to the CEO in particular the key areas of focus are
· AON Risk Solution Broking Strategy – Strategy insurance approach ensuring profitability f accounts broking and production innovations
· Overseeing the broking process by client segment
· Managing the broking teams to helping improve the existing retail risk solutions grow new business
CLAIM DIRECTOR REF 3792
This position is responsible for claims management within agreed timelines and reports to the divisional director
THE MAIN RESPONSIBLE OF THIS ROLE ARE
· responding to client queries registering claims and reporting to underwritten
· appointing the relevant service providers and managing the claims process
· managing the claims department
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER REF 3791
This position is responsible for coordinating administrative and broking functions through workload allocated setting standards conducting training session and to ensure effective customers service, client retention, profitability and new business actuations. This role reports to the divisional director
