JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Supervise the Regional MERL Officers
· Coordinate the structural interventions M&E activities and the reporting of data under SAUTI - TZ
· facilitate development of evaluations tools and method for the different projects according t the relevant timeframes for projects evaluations
· participate in the overall management of sub- grants in relationship to performance monitoring
· prepare training materials and stories for posting on the website
· participate in drafting of structural interventions annual work plans under the SAUTI –TZ programs
· review regular status progress and final reports regarding SAUTI – TZ training and support CSOs
· WORK In partnership with other SAUIT – TZ M&E staff and program officers in the implementations of the programs
· Review in finalize data for pacts global and balance score cards
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor degree in fields relevant fulfillment the duties and responsibilities as describes
EXPERIENCE
· Energetic team player with M&E
· At least 5 years progressively experienced as program development professionals
· Been involved donor funded development programs
SKILLS
· Creative strategic thinker
· Excellent written and spoken communications abilities
· Facilitations, training and public speaking skills
· Strong computer skills in data base a plus
