Customers Care Officer
The management of Selous Kinga Lodge Ltd, invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians for the position of Customer Care Officer
Qualifications:
(i) Applicants should have a Marketing Degree or its equivalent from recognized training institutions
(ii) Age not more than 30 years
(iii) At least two years experience
(iv) Preferably those who have worked in hotels or lodges
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
• Manning the front desk operations, which is the reception point of the lodge
• Arranging receiving of visitors at the lodge
• Let visitors have all necessary information about their stay at the lodge
• Handling visitors inquiries and complaints
• Managing services quality
• Arrange bookings and appointments for the visitors
• Maintaining records of visitors arriving at the lodge
• Supervising service performance levels in houses, restaurants, bars etc
• Receiving cash and cheques from customers
Salary:
Attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
