Job Description
The Canadian High Commission is seeking a consultant to provide
project monitoring nd echnical support in relation to two Global Affairs
Canada-supported projects and one multi-stakeholder initiative
promoting sound management of the extractives sector in Tanzania. The
consultant will report to Global Affairs Canada in Tanzania.
The Consultant will provide project decision-makers and other stakeholders with analysis and advice on the projects’ progress, help partners coordinate their efforts with those of other organizations in the sector and provide advice on institutional strengthening and results-based management.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying results-based management.
Applicants will also be rated on their professional experience in the lollowing areas, among other criteria:
• Monitoring or evaluation
• Organizational capacity development in developing countries
• Applying resulls-based management
• Engaging in slakeholder networks
