MANAGEMENT IN TRAINING - KILOMBERO SUGAR COMPANY
Kilombero Sugar Company the largest Sugar producer in the country is looking for the 2 qualified ambitious and energetic candidates to fill the position in the Agricultural Department
The incumbent will have to undergo on the job training of 3 years which is designed to equip them with the required practical technical skills and managerial competences
Upon approved good performance by the mentor the candidates will be employed on pernamebt terms in senior managerial position
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Agriculture General , Agriculture engineering or agronomy from recognized university
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitudes with a burning desire to learn and grow
- Effective in communications in English
- Ready to work long hours
- Sound mental and physical health
