Job description
As a East African Sales Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the day to day sales activities for various segments, mainly travel agencies and tour operators and DMCs, implement action plans and accomplish goals and set targets, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Responsible for the implementation of monthly sales targets in this segment in order to meet the annual business plan
Participating in setting new business sub-targets within the East Africa and Zanzibar territory
Communication with key customers
Actively participate in attracting new customers, to recognize, understand and anticipate their needs
Collaboration on the marketing strategy of the hotel along with PR and marketing department
Analysis of sales activities on a monthly basis by regular reporting superior (GM/DOMS)
Regular competitors monitoring and services comparison using strategic tools (eg. SWOT analysis)
Setting sales targets and regular monitoring of actual results with defined goals
Representing the hotel in community industry organizations and events
Main contact for Sales communications between Prague Sales office and Zuri Sales
Reservations Supervision in Zuri
Administrative Sales Support - creation of draft agreements on cooperation, client database management, creation of statistics on the results of production.
