POSITIONS SUMMARY
The executive director is responsible for the Board of Governors/HE is the oversees activities ensure all business goals and objectives are achieved. S’HE is the spokes person of the TTHIC matters retaining to day to day operations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides executive leadership to the institutions through the development and implementation of strategic and operational plansResponsible for driving the growth of TTCIH into the premier institutions, through expansions of courses offering and increase in the enrolmentsDirect developments of policies plans and program of TCIH based on strategic overview of HHCIT and its environment to enable realizations of its mission and visionRepresents TTICH internally and externally in order to promote awareness and understanding of TTCIH mission, vision objectives, policies and program
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
Must have attained a PHD in the field of healthMust have extensive knowledge and working experience in medical educations system not less than 10 years of which 6 must have a senior management levelA person possessing outstanding management and competenceA person with excellent for the scholarly, teaching, consultancy publications, and service to the publicAbility to influence, persuade and build coalitions and networks
