ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER, HR OUTSOURCING DIVISION TANZANIA

A.    BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Our Human Resource Division is rapidly expanding in the Tanzanian Market.
Consequently we wish to recruit an Assistant  Human Resource Officers to support us in managing some new HR Outsourcing clients.

B.    DITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a beginner  HR Generalist under the supervision of the Country HR Specialist the Assistant HR officer’s duties will include;
a)    Developing client specific HR Policy Manual
b)    Support the regional recruitment center in fill arising vacancies in Tanzania
c)    Managing client specific payroll
d)    Ensuring account complies  with Labour and Tax Laws
e)    Act as the liaison person with client and outsourced staff
f)    Manage employee communication including grievance handling
g)    Ensure high levels of safety at the work place

C.    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
    The job holder should have the following qualifications:
1.    A Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management
2.    A Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management or Industrial Relations
3.    Highly Proficient in Ms. Office tools (Excel/Word/ PPT)
4.    Has at least one  year  experience  in Human Resource Management in a private sector company
5.    Very conversant with Tanzania  Labour Law

D.    ESSENTIAL COMPETENCCIES
The job holder  should posses the following skills and competences
a)    Effective grievance management
b)    Ability to design and administer simple Assessment Center
c)    Hands on experience in Payroll Processing

E.    REMUNETATION
An indicative salary of 500,000 to 600,000 is on offer
