NOC Engineer POSITION DESCRIPTION
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• In charge of server and software configuration of the RMS
• Configure the installed RMS systems from the NOC
• Assist in faults resolution and client interphase
• Field support and remote troubleshooting
• Ability to work under pressure
Place of work :DAR Es Salaam

Main necessary knowledge & qualifications:

• Office software
• Experience in NOC Engineering
• Experience in software troubleshooting
• Education Level (bachelor/graduate …):
• University degree in computers science -preferred
• Years of experience: 1-3
