Job Title: CTM Tanzania Webstore Manager
Based at:
This position will be based at CTM EA Ltd, Head
Office, 115 Nyerere Road, Dar es Salaam
Ideal Candidate would be:
Aged between 21-35
Holder of Tanzanian Passport
Remuneration: Negotiable
Reports to: Group Ecommerce Manager, East Africa Region Manager

Job Role:
To open and then manage and grow the CTM Tanzania Online Store.

Competencies:
• Familiarity with Website creation, design
• A good understanding of online customer acquisition including paid, organic and social channels.
• Familiarity with Google analytics
• East learner that drives change' in a rapidly changing environment
• Sales and customer service driven
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills and proficiency in English and Swahili

Daily duties

Selling of tile and bathroom solutions online and via telephonic, whatsApp and email channels
Design and product management of the Tanzania Online store.
Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the Online store
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members who have been in charge of different e-marketing channels such as paid advertising, social media (facebook/twitter), or search engine optimization
Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc
Organize logistics of orders Support offered
Extensive on the job training at the CTM South Africa Online store.
Extensive on the job training at the Airport CTM, 115
Nyerere Road (CTM Tanzania Brick and Mortar store)
You will be expected to work independently and implement the strategy with the backup support of the Group
Ecommerce Manager and East Africa Region Manager
