Manufacturing Team Leader

Coca-Cola Beverage Africa Tanzania requires the services of Manufacturing Team Leader, to be based in
Mbeya Plant.
The incumbent will directly report to the Manufacturing Unit Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage people in the production line, On-going, informal performance monitoring, feedback and coaching provided daily or as required.Optimized line efficiency, Detected problems With equipment, Understood structure and function of machinery in order to detect abnormalities, Coordinate and follow up with Asset care team, Line technicians and Operator for line maintenance.Maximized yields and with high quality product, understand the relationship between machinery and quality characteristics, understand the range within which the static and dynamic precision of machinery must be maintained, and check these, understand the root causes of quality defects.Reduce lost time below; change over time, setup and adjustment. startup, line speed and minor short stops.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or food Science. Two Years experience in similar position preferably with FMCG, assertiveness, time management, ability to perform regular work correctly and in time without follow up and guidance, be able to work within a team and demonstrate high integrity and honesty work ethics.
