SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Duma Works is recruiting a Sales and Marketing Executive for one of our clients. The company is locally owned and deals in ICT products, Solutions and Services.
Location: Dar es salaam

General Purpose
Undertake, manage and market all ICT products, solutions and services that the company offers to the including but not limited to selling IT Hardware, Solutions and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that marketMonitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats;Attend to customers’ queries and provide appropriate solutionsRespond to marketing requirements from existing and potential customers;Quotes preparation and follow upClosing the sales cycle by timely collecting debtsProvide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery;Identify and make contact with potential customersMeet  annual set sales targetsMaintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plansUse email to inform customers of new products and generate sales Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveysFocus on both business growth and client retentionTender follow up Designing and conducting promotions and presentation when need arisesAssist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing productsProduce daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Directly to Sales & Marketing Manager 
 ELIGIBILITY

Adv. Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalentExperience in the role for at least 1 year Track record of successful performance.
