Job Description
Building the overall assortment for every category by acquiring high-profile businesses for higher conversionManaging multiple platform, CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales funnel, Data mining, Order and Project management tools to analyze data for business need.Analyzing weaknesses in the categories they manage and start sourcing/building on them.Checking current power sellers' variety of products offered and find areas of improvement in price and assortment.Planning for future seasons of products and ensure adequate stock ahead of time.Using industry knowledge to build an understanding of competitive positioning, value proposition for buyers and sellers, and dynamics within the verticalDriving performance of E-commerce seller's through shop consultation strong customer service and negotiation of deals.Analyzing of market trends and benchmark price points across multiple categories from both online and offline competitors.Communicating the value proposition of selling online to external stakeholders through community events and networkingCoordinating with Country Manager and other department heads (mass sales, content, customer service, HR, partnership, marketing)
