1. Credit Officers-Small Enterprises Project
 Job Responsibilities:
Surveying potential borrowersEvaluates loan applications, stock valuations and business analysis by confirming credit worthinessVisiting borrowers hoe places, businesses and collaterals pledged to assess worthiness and also improves loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements neededProcessing loan application and ensuring timely disbursement of loanLoan realization follow up to borrowers through mobile Money (M-PESA) and through banksOverdue follow upCompleting loan contracts and explaining provisions to applicants; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees etcProviding financial education to clients and train how to pay installment through M-PESAMaintaining customer confidentiality by keeping loan information confidentialTarget plan on admitting new borrowers, disbursement amount, reducing dropouts etc
Required qualification:
A Bachelor/Diploma in finance or Accounting or Business administration or other related studies with at least 1 to 2 years “working knowledge” and experienceExperience in managing a team and collaborate and coordinate between different teams to achieve objectives.Computer skills are necessary.Willingness to work in different parts of Tanzania

2. Community Organizers-Microfinance
Job Responsibilities:
Admission of new clients according to target and facilitating loan disbursement to ideal borrowersIdentification of potential clients through survey Prepare weekly and monthly reportFacilitate submission of loan applications to branch manager for verification,recommendation and approvalAssist applicants to complete loan applications including collecting supportingdocumentsShare information about the benefits of microfinance to all sectors of the communityEnsuring installment collection on the definite collection date and giving effort to overduerealizationExecution of work according to regulations and circularsProvide prompt service to customers and establishing relationships through courteousbehavior
Required qualifications:
 Graduate/College/Higher Secondary with knowledge in Finance, BusinessAdministration, Accounting , Banking, Commerce, Marketing or other related studies withAt least 1 to 2 years “working knowledge” and experience in microfinance industry.Experience in managing a team and collaborate and coordinate between different teamsto achieve objectivesStrong People/relationship skills with customer serviceTeam work OrientationAction and Results oriented with good time management and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and Local languageComputer skills are necessaryWillingness to work in different parts of Tanzania

3. Branch Accountants
Job Responsibilities:
Record the cash of all programs in the daily collection registers and preserve in the file by preparing necessary voucher with signTo prepare list of expected collection and disbursement every morning by discussing with the branch manager and local head of related programs and then withdraw necessary cash from bankMake sure there is no excess cash in hand or bank and dispatch excess funds to the Country OfficeTo reimburse bills after verifying the authentication of the transaction with the approval of the supervisorsRecording all daily loan disbursement and collectionsUpdate and preserve the project wise cash book, general ledger and other ledgers and file cash certificate as per balance of ledgerTo prepare monthly accounts with supporting documentsTo dispatch the consolidated cash requisition of the branch office to the regional officer/accountantTo collect and file bank statement and make reconciliationPay salary to all employees through bank accountUpdate employees information and leave register and documentationTo update project wise asset register, depreciation register and other registers to ensureidentification of the fixed assets
Required Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:
 To be responsible for maintain the security of the premises and its contents inaccordance with the office current requirement Opening and locking up of the offices including the lights and internal doorsTo report emergencies in the case of faults with electricity and water supply to themanagementTo attend to where necessary personnel visiting the office such as clients and otherguests To ensure internal and external cleanliness of the office premisesTo undertake handypersons duties as directed by the administration.Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

To be responsible for preparing food for management at the residentTo report emergencies in the case of faults with electricity and water supply to themanagementTo attend to where necessary guests visiting the residentTo ensure internal and external cleanliness of the residentAny other duties assigned

Standard seven/Ordinary Level Education1-2 years experience of cooking servicesGood interpersonal and team work skillsGood oral and written communication skills in English and Local language
