Reports to Human Resource & Administration Officer

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS AND ADVANCEMENT
Entry Qualifications:

• Holder of Ordinary/Advanced Certificate in Secondary School Education and must have undertaken receptionist/Telephone operator's course from recognized Institution. S/he must have computer skills.
• Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides telephone services and reporting on the defects;
• Receives and sends calls of telephone users;
• Attends to visitors with courtesy and maintains an up to date visitor's record book;
• Records all outgoing telephone calls;
• Keeps visitors record book;
• Reports on telephone defects and ensures that the defects are rectified;
• Maintains and updates the internal telephone directory; and
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the head of section
